Originally from DeForest, Wisconsin, Joe grew up a multi-sport athlete where he developed a passion for athletic performance and the training that supports it. That passion led him to earn a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a Master of Science in Exercise Science (Human Performance) from the University of Indianapolis.

Prior to joining Minnesota Post Grad, Joe coached athletes at the youth, high school, collegiate, and private training levels, with experience at Bellin Sports Medicine, Impact Sports Academy, and the University of Minnesota. He specializes in hip and spine health, speed development, and rotational power, helping athletes move efficiently, perform at their highest level, and stay healthy throughout their careers.

Joe believes that great performance starts with quality movement and individualized training. He is passionate about helping athletes build confidence, develop long-term athleticism, and reach their full potential both on and off the field. He holds the NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential and is RPR Level 2 certified.
